TIPS
1. Set up an appointment with the Building Department of the county you plan to build in.
2. Select the lot
3. Find a good architect and have plans drawn up or choose an existing house plan.
4. Once the plan is ready, have copies made and sent to subs for estimates.
5. With the estimates, get your loan request reviewed and approved.
